ABOUT THE POSITION

Stockholm City Culture Administration works to create a rich and diverse cultural environment that the city's residents and visitors can take part in. They believe that culture is an important factor in making the city attractive for people to live in, visit, and work in, and therefore strive to create an inclusive and dynamic cultural experience for everyone. The Culture Administration is responsible for libraries, the Culture School, cultural events, the City Museum, the Medieval Museum, and Liljevalchs Art Hall.

For this assignment, we are looking for someone who is studying economics and has some previous experience in invoice management. We are looking for someone who can work a few hours in May for an introduction and then increase to about 50% between June and the end of August. The Culture Administration has its office in Rinkeby, but you will also have the opportunity to work remotely to some extent.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As an economy assistant, you will be responsible for the team's functional mailbox, which means you will answer questions from employees related to finance and invoices. You will also work with customer and supplier accounts.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying economics at a post-secondary level of at least 50%
• Has previous experience with customer and supplier accounts
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with Agresso
• Experience in customer service and/or service work
